Impressions
A free observatory where you can look down to the Hanshin Expressway junction. Since this is a business district in the middle of Umeda and Namba, you can overlook all the main buildings of Osaka.
The observatory terrace is a semi-open deck with an open ceiling, where you can enjoy a glassed-in 360 degrees’ night view. The wooden deck also adds an excellent atmosphere.

They are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
