With Kobe having many night view spots, not many people know about the free observatory inside the city office, and the visitors here are sparse.

From the north side, you can see a lit-up word “KOBE” on Rokkosan, and from the south side, a near-futuristic night view with Port Island and Hanshin Highway in the center.
