This is the largest night view entertainment facility in Japan that was renovated in 2003. The facility includes an English garden, shops with imported goods, and a cafe. From the observation square, you can enjoy the night view while sitting down on the steps. You can also enjoy the nice atmosphere of the Rokko Garden Terrace with the night view. The spot with the widest range of view, is the deck at the Rokko Food Terrace. This is a spot that you would definitely want to visit, since the large-scaled view from here is comparable to Mayasan, one of the Three Greatest Night Views in Japan.
