The Merlion Tower is located on Sentosa Island with Universal Studios Singapore. The mouth and head of the Merlion is actually an observatory. The observatory on the head is an open deck where you can enjoy a 360 degrees panorama night view in a nice atmosphere. I recommended the night view from here, which is tremendous for its height.

To get to Sentosa Island, it takes 5 minutes from the Sentosa Express’ Imbiah Station by foot. The boarding area is located on the 3rd floor of the VivoCity Shopping Centre. The fare is $4, which includes the island admission fee.

Since the Merlion Tower is located outside of Universal Studios, you do not need a ticket for Universal Studios. Please note that their business hours ends early.
